HBO Latin America, a division of Time Warner Entertainment Company, was expanding their Latin America operations based in Sunrise, Florida to include a new 48,000-square-foot Operations Center to support their future growth in Latin America and the Caribbean.

A critical design requirement of the center was a back-up generator system, requiring four 12,000-gallon diesel fuel underground storage tanks. Fiberglass underground tanks were specified on the project and Xerxes tanks were selected as the tank of choice due to their outstanding performance history and leadership position in the marketplace. The pollutant storage contractor on the project, Glasgow Equipment Service, Inc., of West Palm Beach, had a long history of installing Xerxes Fiberglass for back-up generator systems and felt Xerxes would provide HBO with the best long term solution for their Operations Center’s needs.

Xerxes fiberglass tanks are warranted for 30 years and should provide HBO with many, many years of trouble free operations.
