Project Profiles

A devastating fire in 2012 that burned through Creek County, northwest of Tulsa, Oklahoma, destroyed multiple buildings at a church camp nestled in the woods away from a municipal water source.

Xerxes’ newly developed aboveground vertical storage tanks were chosen for the rebuild project that consisted of a new dining hall and a worship facility. A 10′-diameter, 8,000-gallon tank, manufactured in accordance to NFPA 22, was installed to provide a source of water for the sprinkler system in the new building as well as a direct connection for fire trucks responding to a future fire.
